Camp Boost
Product development · Back-office & Revenue ManagementIn 2026 I built Camp Boost's back-office end to end. Camp Boost is an outsourced revenue-management service for 3-5★ campsites. I designed the data schema and architecture, iterated with client needs, then built the app: API connections to the PMS (eSeason, Inaxel, Applicamp via Ctoutvert) to pull revenue, automated KPI calculations, and a pricing interface designed to feel like an Excel sheet in a responsive web app. I worked forward-deployed: embedded in the client's business context, from scoping through production and iteration. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Biome and Supabase, with heavily agentic development (Claude / Claude Code) and PostHog to analyze real usage and prioritize what to build next.
Revenue-management KPIs were computed by hand: about 3h per client per week, on spreadsheets, with no real-time view.
A bespoke back-office (Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase) wired by API to the campsites' PMS: revenue pulled in, calculations automated, and pricing adjustable like an Excel sheet, in a responsive web app.
About 3h per client per week of manual compilation gone: the team steers prices in real time instead of re-keying numbers.
