Process automation with AI, from scoping to production

You lose hours every week to repetitive tasks: re-keying, exports, follow-ups, reporting. I design and deploy custom automations that do that work for you, and I stay accountable for the system once it's in production. Not a consulting deck: a tool that actually runs.

How I work

1. Costed audit

We identify the processes that cost the most time and what they represent in hours. You know what will be automated and the expected gain before we start.

2. Production deployment

I build the automation with the right tools (Make, n8n, Supabase, APIs, AI) and deploy it in your real environment, wired to your existing tools.

3. Maintenance

An automation is alive: APIs change, edge cases appear, needs evolve. I stay accountable for it working over time, not just at delivery.

AI where it helps

Document extraction, classification, drafting, scoring: I use AI (Claude) when it delivers a real gain, not as a gimmick.

Automations already in production

CaliPlace: 2,800+ PDFs extracted and synced to the CRM. HEC Paris: incubator selection automated. Camp Boost: KPI calculations that took about 3h per client per week, now automated.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an automation cost?

It depends on scope. We start with a diagnosis that quantifies the time saved, then I send a clear quote. Most projects pay for themselves within weeks through the time recovered.

Which tools do you work with?

Make, n8n, Supabase, the APIs of your existing tools, and AI (Claude) when it adds value. I pick the tool that fits your case, not the other way around.

Do I have to change my current software?

No. I connect to what you already use (CRM, spreadsheets, PMS, etc.) via their APIs. The automation sits on top.

What happens after delivery?

I stay accountable for the system in production: monitoring, fixes, improvements. An automation that breaks silently is useless.

Do you work with small and mid-sized businesses?

Yes. Most of my clients are owners with no in-house tech team. I speak in hours saved and euros, not jargon.
