I designed and deployed the entire operational infrastructure for Caliplace, a B2B metrology company connecting industrial clients with accredited laboratories across France.

I extracted and structured over 2,800 legacy PDFs into a purpose-built Airtable system, then automated critical workflows with N8N and Claude AI - delivery slips, expedition tracking, and real-time CRM synchronization with Axonaut.

I also built delegatable Airtable interfaces so any team member can manage daily operations without technical expertise.
